For Psychiatry Residents and Fellows
Members-in-training are physicians who have been accepted into a psychiatric residency training program that is approved by the ACGME, RCPS(c), or AOA and remain enrolled therein. Residents enrolled in a one-year primary care training program to be followed by an approved psychiatric residency are eligible for Member-in-Training membership status.

Attending Connecticut Psychiatric Society Meetings
Dinner meetings occur monthly throughout the year and are open to all Connecticut Psychiatric Society members.
Meetings follow a preset agenda, however topics are approached in a flexiable and open-forum manner that encourages exploration and discussion (and sometimes lively debate) of important issues. MITs are warmly welcomed and urged to participate in the discussions and offer their unique expertise as trainees to the forum.
